Vending is open from 3pm-9pm on Friday May 26th and we ask that you please be set up by 2:30pm. For more information about the Pink Block Party click here. A full schedule will be available by March 15th.
- Paper Registration: Fill out and print the Vendor Contract completely and mail the contract with a check or money order made out to Vandalia-Con CO. Mail these to Vandalia-Con PO Box 9350 Morgantown, WV 26506.

Complete, scan and email the completed contract to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax the completed contract to 304-293-9211.
To pay online go to the Registration Page– there are several “tickets” for vendors. Choose the tickets you want and checkout using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. (Eventbrite charges a fee for these transactions- to avoid the fees please use paper registration.) If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact vendor liaison

All ads must be sent electronically as a pdf or jpg file for inclusion in the Vandalia Voice. Ads should be emailed to email@example.com.
All proceeds from both table fees and ads will be donated to Bonnie’s Bus.
